Dance as Joy
Dance classes for children and families where we learn through play and expression. We listen to our bodies, respectfully explore dance and culture from around the world, learn language, build confidence, make connections and find joy in movement.
Indian Dance
Explore the roots and evolution of dance forms in a global cultural context. Bharatanatyam, folk dance, yoga and contemporary styles (like “Bollywood”). We use choreography as a tool for learning and expression. Classes are adaptable for all ages and levels.
Dance & Meditation
Move, breathe, laugh, stretch, cry, release. We draw from multiple dance forms to find the movement (or stillness) our bodies need in the moment. Practice intention setting and honoring boundaries.
